• Switch rooms — File ▸ New (from floor plan…) opens your venue’s room catalog.
• Build a room (Enterprise) — draw your own room with walls, windows, doors and stairs and save it to the room library.
• Import a floor plan (Enterprise) — upload a photo or PDF export of the floor plan, calibrate it to scale with two clicks, done.

Saved rooms live in the room library (File ▸ Room library…) and are available to everyone at your venue.
