Print & Export

File ▸ Print & Export… opens the dialog with a large preview. Under Output choose:

  • Print — opens the browser’s print dialog.
  • PDF — saves the same A4 page straight to a PDF file.

For both:

  • Orientation & margins — portrait/landscape, margins for print (20 mm), borderless (0 mm) or custom.
  • Paper & scale — A4 or A3; fit the plan to the page or pick a fixed scale (1:50, 1:100, 1:200, 1:500 or custom). If a fixed scale does not fit on A4, A3 is used automatically; if it does not fit there either, the dialog names the smallest scale that does.
  • Scale bar — the bar from architectural drawings (0 – 1 – 2 … m) under the plan, for measuring on paper.
  • Header — logo, optional event name + date on the left; room name, furniture counts and scale on the right (can be hidden via “Show plan details”).
  • High resolution — renders the plan at up to 600 DPI instead of 200, so it stays sharp when you zoom into the PDF (larger file). For rooms drawn from a raster image, only what the image actually resolves is offered.
  • True to scale — the plan comes out exactly at the displayed scale (e.g. 1:100).

All page settings are saved with the document.
